This week has been fairly good so far. I have been eating healthy (not like the weekend, ehehhe) and, although I haven't been getting the gym for a while, I've been doing smaller workouts in my room.
I plan on some serious results.

So this weekend and the past week probably completely annihilated any of my past workout attempts. I certainly didn't work out much, if at all, and I ate junk food like crazy. I think this Thanksgiving, I was stuffed all weekend. Not a good eay to be when you're trying to attain a perfect figure. I'm not there yet but I will be.

I brought some healthy fruits and veggies up to school with me so my fridge is nicely stocked with healthy choices. The rest of this week is going to be strict dieting and working out whenever I don't have too much homework. This is my second attempt at the perfect week for the perfect girl - and this time I am going to ace it!!

Just gave myself a facial (too bad you weren't here to do it for me, WINK WINK) and now I plan on relaxing and finally reading The Screwtape Letters in bed until I fall alseep.

Love you and can't wait to have a top notch sexy tummy for my 'sexy' belly ring.

I know that I have been bad about not posting on the site for the last few days, but this has been a busy week and the gym has been closed (excuses, excuses, I know).

Hopefully by next week I'll have something more substantial to post because I want to use Thanksgiving to get caught up on my work, and the gym will be open Wednesday when I come back.

Anyway, what's my surprise baby?

I'm going to be taking a little break from the weights for a while because I'm beginning to look pretty muscular for a chick. I think I'm just gonna do cardio and restrict calories for the next week or two. I might do a little bit of toning, though, we'll see how the following weeks progress.

OH!!! And also...

So last night I did hit the gym but I only ended up staying there for half an hour. I had eaten poorly yesterday so I didn't have much energy for a full workout.
I drank a lot of calories too last night and ate at Lone Star with some people. Not good at alllll... so today I am keeping it to my morning protein shake and then fruits and veggies for the rest of the day and that's it.
I'm in class till five today but if I'm feeling pretty good after class is over, I'll hit the treadmill for a little while. No weights today.
I'm eager to know how you're doing, babes.. *kiss*

So here I am, in my room, sipping on a cleansing tea. It's supposed to be wonderful for your liver and the rest of your body systems - cleansing the blood, the lymphs, and so on. I plan on making this week a perfectly healthy one. Which means; no drinking, no shopping sprees, homework every night, full beauty routine every day, eating only whole organic foods, and getting to the gym (for a minimum of one hour) at least three times.
Today I had a light breakfast of apple slices and scrambled eggs. Not too bad for the weekend.
For dinner, I had a large sausage cooked in a nice sauce.. as well as couscous with mom's homemade hot sauce and seasoned fried tomatoes. Overall, not too healthy. Especially considering I had a few glasses of wine to drink with it but I don't get to eat mom's home cooking all week long so when I get the chance, I have to treat myself.
I didn't work out today and I'm not going to. In the morning I will do my abs workout when I get up and I'll go to the gym at 5:30 before eating supper and getting started on homework.

This week is going to be absolutely perfect.

We'll just consider this a post for Thursday through today, because it was a little hectic going home and everything.

Thursday, I did a very heavy workout - good reps, and heavy weight:

Pullups and Lat Pulldowns
Machine Rows
Lower Back Extensions

Tricep Pulldowns
Overhead Tricep Extensions

Man was I sore !!! The rest of the weekend wasn't too fast paced in terms of working out - with the exception of Thursday night (Ellen you're a beast).

Hope to hit the gym tomorrow morning, but we'll see.

Good morning, baby!!

Yesterday wasn't such a good day in the afternoon because I ate a lot of mayo and sauces and all those sorts of things with some tuna in the afternoon. We drank a lot of calories too.

Although, we did work it all off something crazy

Well, I have to say that today was a pretty normal day - I decided to make it a rest day - just normal eating, and no gym time. I'm going to hit my back and tri's tomorrow after lunch. I'll have a better posting then.

I was healthy all day today.. although I didn't take the stairs as often as I'd have liked, I ate a healthy breakfast of fruit and for lunch I had a salad.
I went to the gym after my classes were over and got a great workout in.
Treadmill - 15 minutes on an incline
Leg abductions and adductions - three sets of 10 for each
Doggie style machine (I dunno what it's really called but you kick your leg back and you're on all fours... quite uncomfortable until you get used to it) - three sets of 10
Pulldowns - three sets of 10
Flies - three sets of 8 I think?
Bench press - one set of 10
Those things for the back of your shoulders where your arm is bent and your one leg is on the bench and you're bent over - one set of 10 on each side.
Treadmill - 5 more minutes, no incline.

For supper, I had a can of tuna for the protein. Haha, I wasn't feeling too creative.

Tonight before bed I might even do some abs..
Beat that, beeeottcccchh!!

Just finished up a workout today, and ready to go to Science Class. Have not been eating too well today, but maybe I'll get a decent supper and I'll feel better. Here's what I did for my exercises:

Circuit 1:

Crunches, Pushups, Side Leg Lift (for hips, ass, etc.)

Circuit 2:

Knee Ups (Abs), and Leg Ups (Abs - killer exercise)

About 20 minutes all together.

Good Morning Baby Cakes - Well, well, well - I see that you beat me to the post this morning, but I've still got the upper hand - I woke up at 7:00 AM and went to the gym. After stretching I did a nice little workout - mostly supersets, at moderate weight and reps:

-Incline Bench Press
-Hammer Curls
-Preacher Curls

Plus cardio there and back - it's a long walk to the gym. I had Smart-Start Cereal for breakfast (290 Cals., plus many essential nutrients, and so on) - 2 glasses of fat free milk (180 Cals. - 20 G of Protein between the cereal and the milk), and OJ (110 Cals. - 2 G of Protein)

All told - 570 Cals. 22 G of Protein, 100 G Carbs (Complex and Simple)

Not a bad way to start the day.

Guess who is going to be sexier by Christmas !!!

Early morning and I bet I'm winning.. [25 Sep 2006|07:40am]

So, baby..
How are your workouts going? What have you been eating for breakfast?

I just did my 8 minute abs workout as well as some weights for my rear.

For breakfast, I am going to make a protein shake and slice an apple.
Lunch is going to be healthy as well - I'll make a large salad at the salad bar in the cafeteria.
I am not sure what I plan on having for dinner yet. Perhaps a tuna/tomato pita or maybe even another salad.

Depending on how much homework I have, I'd like to hit the gym tonight as well.

Now to begin a new chapter in the book of sexiness! A chapter like never before!!
I just ate the rest of the liverworst in my fridge on a pita.. and I believe I don't have anymore Harvarti either.. so healthy eating it is for me. Perhaps I'll also do my abs workout this evening as well and then give myself a facial before I study in bed. You aren't going to what what hit you.
